 The MMA Series from Teledyne Relays is an RF Switch Matrix that operates from DC to 40 GHz. It supports up to 4 SPDT switches which have a break before making the design. This 50-ohm switch matrix can be controlled via USB or Ethernet and requires a DC supply of 24 V. It is designed to allow remote operation via TCP/IP commands to the Matrix’s Ethernet interface. Switch control is also accessible via the USB virtual serial port, using the provided command set.  The ZTS-1SP80T-63H from Mini-Circuits is a 2U rack-mountable, SP80T switch that is ideal for automatic-test-equipment (ATE) systems operating from 10 MHz to 6 GHz. It can be controlled by computer software via USB or Ethernet interface, and has a typical path loss of 10 dB to 3 GHz and 14 dB to 6 GHz. The AD-HTS644 from Adaura Technologies is a 64-Channel Handover Test System that operates from 500 to 6000 MHz. It provides up to 95 dB of attenuation with step size 0.25 dB across 64 individually controllable RF channels from 512 attenuators. The 4-Output Test System can handle an input power of 28 dBm and has a VSWR of less than 2:1.

The AD-HTS644 requires a DC supply of 5 V and consumes less than 3 A of current. It also supports the IEEE802.3at Class 2 compliant Power over Ethernet (PoE) for input power. The included graphical user interface (GUI) allows the attenuators to be easily programmed for fixed attenuation, swept attenuation ramps, and/or fading profiles directly. The V3050A from Keysight Technologies is a Signal Analyzer Frequency Extender with an output frequency from 50 to 110 GHz. It is designed for use with Keysight’s N9042B UXA X-Series signal analyzers. This frequency extender can handle a CW/Pulsed input power of up to 63 mW and includes an attenuator that provides an attenuation range from 0 to 26 dB in 2 dB steps (can be electronically switched). The 50MS-403 from JFW Industries is an 8x8 Blocking Solid-State Matrix Switch that operates from 20 to 3000 MHz. This switch matrix has bi-directional ports with self-terminating unused input/output ports.
