Guerrilla RF is a fabless RF semiconductor manufacturer with a catalog of high-performance ultra-low noise amplifiers, gain blocks and power amplifiers targeting a wide variety of markets, including network infrastructure for 5G/4G macro and small cell base stations, SATCOM, cellular repeaters/DAS, automotive telematics, military communications, radar systems, navigation, and high-fidelity wireless audio.
Through the Modelithics Vendor Partner (MVP) program, Guerrilla RF and Modelithics are collaborating to accelerate the product development process for today’s design engineers by providing world-class data along with highly accurate and scalable models. A collection of S-parameter data models for Guerrilla RF amplifiers is already available in the Modelithics COMPLETE Library™.
Through this latest collaboration, new nonlinear models will be developed for six (6) Guerrilla RF GaN HEMT power transistors. These transistors range from 15 W to 150 W and DC-8 GHz. The unmatched discrete GaN-on-SiC HEMT transistors are suitable for a variety of applications, including cellular infrastructure, radar, communications, and test instrumentation, and can support both linear and pulse operations. Upon development, the models will be included in the Modelithics COMPLETE Library for Keysight Advanced Design System and Cadence® AWR Design Environment®.
