ANADIGICS, Inc. announced that the Company is shipping production volumes of its ALT6181 multimode multiband power amplifier (MMPA) to Samsung Electronics for the new Galaxy S Relay 4G. This smartphone provides a 4-inch super AMOLED display, 1.5 GHz dual-core processor, and Android™ 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system. In addition to a touchscreen display, the Galaxy S Relay 4G features a slide-out QWERTY keyboard.
