SemiGen, Inc. announced that they have purchased a new Agilent 50 GHz PNA Network Analyzer to augment their RF/Microwave test lab. SemiGen’s facility will now have the ability to provide higher frequency testing for internal designs and customer requirements. The machine will have the ability to measure S-parameters, insertion loss, gain, return loss, balanced parameters, differential measurements, compression, distortion, and noise figure.
