Richardson RFPD Introduces New Ultra Low Noise, High Linearity LNA from TriQuint

Richardson RFPD, Inc. announced immediate availability and full design support capabilities for a new internally matched, low noise amplifier (LNA) in a small 2x2mm DFN package from TriQuint Semiconductor, Inc. (TriQuint).

At 1.95 GHz, the TQP3M9037 typically provides 20 dB gain, +35 dBm OIP3 and 0.4 dB noise figure while drawing 65 mA current from a 5V supply. The LNA does not require a negative supply for operation and can be biased from a single positive supply ranging from 3.3 to 5 volts. It is ideal for 3G / 4G base station transceivers, repeaters, defense and aerospace applications, or any other general wireless application in the 1500-2700 MHz frequency range requiring high linearity and ultra low noise. The device also integrates a shut-down biasing capability to allow for operation in TDD applications.

Key features of the TQP3M9037 include:

·         1.5-2.7 GHz operational bandwidth

·         0.4 dB noise figure

·         High gain, 20 dB @ 1.95 GHz

·         +35 dBm OIP3

·         High input power ruggedness, 22 dBm CW

·         Integrated on-chip matching, 50 ohm in / out

·         Integrated active bias

The device is in stock and available for immediate delivery, for more information, or to purchase this product today on the Richardson RFPD website, http://www.richardsonrfpd.com.
