The HL8448 from HYPERLABS is a Kelvin Bias Tee that operates from 160 kHz to 90 GHz. It is specifically designed for applications where both RF and DC signals are applied to the device under test (DUT) and precision measurements are required. This type of bias tee eliminates DC biasing errors as the sense coil allows for accurate measurements of the DC voltage applied across the DUT. It has a breakdown voltage of 11/30 V and a breakdown current of less than 175 mA. It has an amplitude match of ±0.2 dB and a phase balance of ±4°. This bias tee has a group delay of 110 ps and a rise time of 4 ps. 

The HL8448 is available as a module that measures 2.09 x 1.17 x 0.425 inches and has 1.0 mm connectors at the AC/AC+DC ports and SMA (female) connectors at DC/Sense ports. This 50-Ohm bias tee is ideal for use in 112 Gbps PAM4 signalling, optical communication systems, high-speed data systems, and interfacing between devices with incompatible DC operating points.
