The 8401-8E from Weinschel by Spectrum Control is an 8x8 Butler Matrix that operates from 2.4 to 7.25 GHz. This butler matrix can handle an RF input power of 37 dBm and has a VSWR of 1.8:1. It has an output phase accuracy of up to ±20°, an isolation of 20 dB and an insertion loss of 13.5 dB. This 8x8 butler matrix transfers the signal reciprocally from any of the 8 input ports to any of the 8 output ports with a phase accuracy of ±20°. It is available in an enclosure that measures 508 x 425.2 x 43.7 mm and has SMA female connectors. This butler matrix is suitable for 5G RF MIMO, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth applications, and the addition of programmable attenuators allows easy degradation of the channel number for throughput vs channel testing.
