The ME310M1 from Telit is an LTE Cat M1/NB2 Module that covers LTE UE Cat M1 (1.4 MHz) and NB2 (200 kHz) bands. It delivers an uplink data rate of up to 1 Mbps (LTE Cat M1) & 160 Kbps (LTE Cat NB2) and a downlink data rate of up to 588 Kbps (LTE Cat M1) & 120 Kbps (LTE Cat NB2). This module has a global SKU with future support for non-terrestrial networks (NTN). It supports embedded processing (IoT AppZone) and flexible SIM solutions including Embedded SIM (eSIM) & Integrated SIM (iSIM). This module has embedded GNSS and Wi-Fi scan for outdoor and indoor positioning and supports concurrent GNSS. It supports SIM application toolkit 3GPP TS 51.01, TLS 1.3/DTLS and SMS over NAS.
The ME310M1 supports flexible connectivity solutions with NExT data plans and connectivity activation. It delivers an output power of 23 dBm and supports half-duplex FDD. This module requires a DC supply of 3.8 V and supports Power Saving Mode (PSM) and extended Discontinuous Reception (eDRX) features. It is available in a compact package that measures 15 xx 18 mm and can be controlled via UART, SPI and I2C interfaces. This module is ideal for smart meters, asset tracking, industrial sensors, medical devices and wearables applications.
