The CHP3015-QDG from United Monolithic Semiconductors is an X-band GaAs Monolithic Digital Phase Shifter IC that operates from 8.5 to 10.5 GHz. It provides a phase-shift range from 0 to 360 degrees with a step size of 5.625 degrees. This 6-bit phase shifter IC has an insertion loss of 8 dB and can handle input power of up to 23.5 dBm. It is compatible with both CMOS (0/+3.3 V) and TTL (0/+5 V) logic interfaces and is developed using a 0.25 µm gate length pHEMT process. The phase shifter IC is available in a 24-lead QFN SMD package that measures 4 x 4 mm and is ideal for defense, space, and microwave applications.
