The VWA 0000948 AA from Vectrawave is a GaAs MMIC 6-Bit digital phase shifter that operates from 7 to 13 GHz. It has an LSB of 5.6 degrees and is controlled by 6 digital binary inputs, compatible with LVCMOS levels. This device uses a single -7.5 V Bias supply voltage. The digital control logic allows for parallel data input, so phase shifter may be changed instantaneously. The phase shifter has a low RMS attenuation error of 0.5 dB. It is available in a 5 x 5 mm lead-free, 24 lead QFN package and is ideally suited for active antennas, RF front-ends and test & measurement applications.
