The QEL-ST-0.5-18-N-SG from Steatite Antennas is a Spinning Direction Finding (DF) Antenna that operates from 0.5 to 18 GHz. It is mounted on high-speed rotating direct drive positioners that provide complex scan control for critical applications such as meteorological radar sensors, satellite monitoring, and spectrum management. Providing an omni-directional radiation pattern, this linear/±45° polarized antenna has an azimuth beamwidth of 3.3° to 87°, an elevation beamwidth of 15.3° to 81° (DF) & 11° to 102° (omni-directional), and an angular resolution of less than 0.1°. 

The QEL-ST-0.5-18-N-SG is housed in an RF-transparent, low-loss radome. This DF antenna is ideal for use in electronic warfare (EW) and radar simulators, COMINT, ELINT, and other land/sea/airborne applications.
