The QEL-ST-1-18-N-HG from Steatite Antennas is a Spinning Direction Finding Antenna that operates from 1 to 18 GHz. It is mounted on high-speed rotating direct drive positioners with complex scan control and uses cylindrical paraboloid reflectors to achieve a narrow azimuth beamwidth and broad elevation coverage. This linearly/±45° polarized antenna provides a gain of 10 to 23 dBi. It has an azimuth beamwidth of 3° to 33°, an elevation beamwidth of 20° to 42°, and an angular resolution of less than 0.1°.

The QEL-ST-1-18-N-HG is available in an RF-transparent, low-loss radome. This direction-finding antenna is ideal for ELINT, EW, radar simulation, meteorological radar sensors, satellite monitoring, COMINT, and spectrum management applications.
