HPCJ-30-43+

The HPCJ-30-43+ from Mini-Circuits is a Directional Coupler that operates from 3.3 to 4 GHz. It has a coupling of 28 to 33 dB with a directivity of 18 dB. This 50-ohm directional coupler has a mainline loss of less than 0.14 dB and can handle up to 50 W of input power with a return loss of more than 20 dB. 

The HPCJ-30-43+ is available in a compact LTCC surface-mount package measuring 0.125 x 0.2 x 0.047 inches. It is ideal for use in 5G Sub-6, MIMO, n78 wireless infrastructure systems, microwave backhaul radio systems, radar systems, and SATCOM applications.
