The A15-ML054 from Akon is a Detector Log Video Amplifier (DLVA) that operates from 2 to 6 GHz. It has a dynamic range of 45 dB and Tangential Signal Sensitivity (TSS) of -43 dBm. This DLVA has an excellent log slope variation and has fast rise and fall times of 20 nS and 150 nS. It is available in a ruggedized package that measures 2.5 x 1.5 x 0.44 inches and is ideal for Military, Space and Industrial applications.
