The DFH3240 from Microphase Corporation is a DLVA that operates from 2 to 40 GHz. This extended range DLVA has a dynamic range from -65 to 5 dBm, a tangential signal sensitivity (TSS) of up to -73 dBm, and a log slope of 50 mV/dB. It has a rise time of 10 ns with a recovery time of up to 200 ns. The Ultra Miniature DLVA provides high sensitivity & precision accuracy, and demodulates transmitted data and compresses it such that output voltage increases in linear increments with respect to RF input power. This detector requires a DC supply of -15 / 15 V and draws up to 95 mA of current.

The DFH3240 features excellent electrical performance, environmental stability, mechanical reliability, and a superior construction using State-of-the-Art MIC/MMIC Technology. This DLVA is available in a compact module (1.3 X 0.8 0 X 0.3 inches) with SMA Connectors and is suitable for radar warning detection, anti-jamming detection applications.
