The 50 GHz Equalizer from Inmet by Spectrum Control is a Gain Equalizer that operates from 40 to 50 GHz. It has a linearity of ±1.00 dB and a VSWR of less than 2.0:1 (input/output). This equalizer is based on adjustable-slope gain-equalizer technology that is suitable for flattening frequency response in the Q-band. This technology provides fully adjustable equalizers of linear, parabolic and ripple-removal types and allows for fixed as well as field-adjustable attenuation control. Â
The 50 GHz Equalizer supports various types of correction curves with minimum additional parasitic loss. It is available in a 6061 Aluminum housing that measures 66.38 x 25.40 x 12.7 mm, with a trivalent coating, and features 1.85 mm connectors. The tunable equalizer is ideal for use with antennas, cables, or wideband amplifiers, as well as filters in EW and SIGINT systems, transmit chains, radar systems, and applications such as cockpit-to-antenna and antenna-to-EW and radar system connections.
