MEQ6-40ABH Image

The MEQ6-40ABH from Marki Microwave is a Passive GaAs MMIC Equalizer that operates from DC to 40 GHz. It is designed to compensate for low-pass filtering effects in RF/microwave and high-speed digital systems, such as RF transceivers, as well as cable and amplifier loss compensation. This positive-slope equalizer provides 4.2 dB of equalization with a DC attenuation of 6 dB. It can handle up to 30 dBm of power and has a return loss of 24 dB. 

The MEQ6-40ABH is manufactured using GaAs MMIC technology, ensuring consistent unit-to-unit performance in a compact form factor. This RoHS-compliant equalizer is available in a bullet-style package measuring 30.1 × 9.5 mm and is equipped with 2.92 mm male and female connectors.
