The QLX3Gx from Qualinx BV is a GNSS SoC that has concurrent multi-constellation and simultaneous multi-band processing capabilities. It has multi-band tracking capabilities, including switching run-time between L1 & L5 bands and concurrent operation in L2CM & L5 bands. This SoC has an ARM Cortex M4 MCU with SRAM & NVM, an LDO, 2x LNAs, and a notch filter bank. It can be controlled via SPI, UART and I2C interfaces. This GNSS SoC requires a DC supply of 1.0-1.9 V and consumes less than 10 mW of power. It is available in a QFN-40 module that measures 5 x 5 mm and is ideal for asset trackers & logistics, wearable, vehicle tracking, commercial UAV, land surveying, agriculture and forestry, fleet management, consumer electronics, wearables, IOT asset trackers, and emergency management applications.
