The MFHP-00001PSM from Marki Microwave is a Passive High Pass Filter MMIC with a passband from 2 to 27 GHz. It has a passband insertion loss of 0.4 dB and provides a stopband rejection of up to 79 dB. This HPF uses GaAs MMIC technology which enables smaller filters to replace larger form factor circuit board constructions. The tight fabrication tolerances of this filter allow for less unit-to-unit variation than traditional filter technologies. It is available in a plastic QFN package that measures 4 x 4 mm and is ideal for the small form factor, and high rejection filtering applications.
