MFHP-00010CSP1

The MFHP-00010CSP1 from Marki Microwave is a Passive GaAs High Pass Filter MMIC that operates from 21 GHz. It has a passband return loss of 17 dB and a group delay of 72.04 ps. This HPF provides high stop band suppression and a low passband insertion loss with fast roll-off. It utilizes GaAs MMIC technology that allows the production of smaller filter constructions that replace larger form-factor circuit board constructions. 

This RoHS-compliant filter achieves tight fabrication tolerances to offer less unit-to-unit variation than traditional filter technologies. It is available in a chip scale package that measures 1.5 x 1.5 mm and is ideal for SATCOM and radar applications. This filter has an EAR99 export classification.
