The CE0603G Series from Bourns is a series of Multilayer Chip Inductors with an inductance range from 0.3 to 39 nH. It has high self-resonant frequency (SRF) values of up to 18 GHz with a DCR ranging from 0.07 to 2.40 Ω and rated current values of up to 850 mA. These chip inductors are fabricated using advanced multilayer technology with magnetically shielded monolithic construction, thereby providing high reliability and low radiation in a compact form factor. The CE0603G Series is ideal for use in RF amplifiers, low-voltage power supply modules, radio transmitters, radar, wireless communication, and mobile electronic device applications.
The CE0603G Series has a ceramic base material with Ag/Ni/Sn terminals and is available in a surface-mount package measuring 0.6 × 0.3 × 0.3 mm. It can operate over a temperature range from -55°C to +125°C and is supplied in tape and reel packaging of 15,000 pieces per reel.
