AMM-10202PSM Image

The AMM-10202PSM from Marki Microwave is a GaAs LO (Local Oscillator) Driver Amplifier that operates from 15 to 50 GHz. It delivers a saturated output power of +19 dBm with a small signal gain 23 dB and has a noise figure of 6.5 dB. This amplifier is designed to provide sufficient LO drive for an H or S-diode mixers. It can handle an input power of +15 dBm and has a return loss of 8 dB (input) & 7 dB (output).

The AMM-10202PSM requires a positive DC supply of 2 to 4 V and a negative DC supply of -0.15 to -0.35 V while consuming less than 300 mA of current. This RoHS-compliant driver amplifier is available in a surface-mount (SMT) package that measures 4 x 4 mm, enabling SMT integration onto printed circuit boards. It is ideal for mobile test and measurement equipments, 5G transceivers, optimal LO driver amplifiers for Marki Microwave’s S-diode mixers, radar, and SATCOM applications.

This amplifier has a 3A001.b.2.d export classification.
