The H4Q1H1 from MILLIBEAM is a GaN MMIC Power Amplifier (PA) that operates from 8 to 12 GHz. It is a multi-stage power amplifier with unconditional RF stability from DC to 40 GHz, designed for high-performance X-band applications. This PA delivers 5 W of output power, with a small-signal gain of 37 dB and a gain flatness of ±1 dB. It provides a peak power-added efficiency (PAE) of 41% and is internally matched to 50 Ω, eliminating the need for external matching components.
The H4Q1H1 requires VGG and VDD bias supplies and simplifies external connections to a single-pin configuration. This power amplifier is available in a QFN package measuring 4 × 5 mm. It is ideal for radar, UAVs, satellite communications, electronic warfare, industrial & scientific systems, and deep-space applications.
