QPA3316

The QPA3316 from Qorvo is a GaAs/GaN Hybrid Power Doubler Amplifier that operates from 45 to 1794 MHz. It delivers an output power of 75 dBmV with a gain of 23 dB. This power doubler exhibits high linearity and excellent return loss performance with low noise. It requires a DC supply of 34 V, consumes 530 mA of current, and the DC current can be controlled externally to ensure optimal balance between distortion and power consumption over a range of output levels. The RoHS-compliant amplifier is available in a surface-mount package and is ideal for DOCSIS optical nodes and CATV testing applications.
