ABDS-10170PSM

The ABDS-10170PSM from Marki Microwave is a Differential-to-Single Ended GaAs Active MMIC Balun that operates from DC to 30 GHz. It has a noise figure of 8.2 dB and a common-mode rejection ratio of 33 dB. This balun has an amplitude balance of 0.2 dB and a phase balance of 2°. It has a return loss of 23 dB (output). 

The ABDS-10170PSM balun is compatible with standard leaded and lead-free solder reflow processes. This RoHS-compliant balun is available in a QFN package that measures 3 x 3 mm. It is ideal for digital-to-analog converters and high-speed data conversion applications.  

This MMIC balun has an EAR99 export classification.
