The MBAL-0250CSP2 from Marki Microwave is a 1:2 Passive GaAs MMIC Balun that operates from 2 to 50 GHz. It has an insertion loss of 5.3 dB and provides a common-mode rejection of 35 dB. This balun has an amplitude balance of 0.3 dB and a phase balance of 2.1°. It has a return loss of 9 dB (output) and 16 dB (common port). 

The MBAL-0250CSP2 is compatible with standard pick-and-place assembly processes. This RoHS-compliant balun is available in a chip-scale package that measures 2.5 x 2.5 mm. It is ideal for balanced receivers, signal integrity, ADCs, balanced amplifiers, and clock distribution applications. 

This MMIC balun has an EAR99 export classification.
