GRF1201W Image

The GRF1201W from Guerrilla RF is a Logarithmic Power Detector IC that operates from 0.01 to 6 GHz. It is a low-cost solution designed for cost-sensitive applications. This AEC-Q100 Grade 2-qualified power detector is manufactured using an InGaP HBT process. It has a power measurement range from -20 dBm to +20 dBm (average) with a slope of 0.08 V/dB.

The GRF1201W power detector IC supports flexible bias voltage levels while requiring a minimal number of external components, enabling simplified design. It requires a DC supply of 2.7 to 5 V and draws less than 9 mA of current. This logarithmic power detector is available in a 1.5 x 0.5 mm plastic DFN package.
