The ATN04-0070CSP1 from Marki Microwave is a GaAs Attenuator MMIC that operates from DC to 70 GHz. It provides an attenuation of 4.1 dB with an accuracy of 0.2 dB. This attenuator can handle an input power of up to 1 W and has a return loss of 22 dB. It is based on GaAs MMIC technology that provides consistent unit-to-unit performance in a small, low-cost form-factor.
