HLM-40PSM Image

The HLM-40PSM from Marki Microwave is a GaAs Schottky Diode Signal Limiter that operates from DC to 40 GHz. It has an insertion loss of less than 1.75 dB and a flat leakage from 11 to 19 dBm.
