The 50P-2160 from JFW Industries is a Dual-Channel Programmable Solid-State Attenuator that operates from 400 to 8400 MHz. It includes two independently controlled channels that provide a combined attenuation range from 0 to 95 dB in 1 dB steps with an accuracy of ±1.5 dB. This programmable attenuator has a switching speed of less than 4 µs and an insertion loss of less than 7.5 dB. It can handle an input power of up to +28 dBm and has a VSWR of less than 2.20:1.

The 50P-2160 can be controlled via a USB interface using a Windows-based PC and supports an optional Python library. This attenuator requires a DC supply of +5 V and consumes 400 mA of current. It is available as a module measuring 3.51 x 2.44 x 0.81 inches and has SMA (female) connectors.
