The DTA-0R5G4G-60-CD-1-OPT12VDC from Quantic PMI is a 10-Bit Programmable Pin Diode Attenuator that operates from 0.5 to 4 GHz. It provides an attenuation of 60 dB in 0.06 dB steps with an attenuation accuracy of up to ±2.0 dB. This attenuator has an insertion loss of less than 2.7 dB and a switching time of less than 1.0 µs (On time) & 0.5 µs (Off time). It can handle 2 W of power and has a VSWR of less than 1.80:1. This attenuator requires a DC supply of +/-12 V and consumes less than 100 mA of current. It is available in a module that measures 2.00 x 1.81 x 0.88 inches and has SMA female connectors. It can operate over a temperature range of -50 ºC to +100 ºC and complies with MIL-STD-202F standard.
