PMC-14D5G15D5G-SMA

The PMC-14D5G15D5G-SMA from Planar Monolithics is a Monopulse Comparator that operates from 14.5 to 15.5 GHz. It provides more than 18 dB of isolation and has an insertion loss of less than 2.6 dB. This monopulse comparator can handle an average input power of up to 30 W and a peak input power of up to 1 kW with a VSWR of less than 1.60:1. It has an amplitude balance of ±1.0 dB and a phase balance of less than ±10°. 

The PMC-14D5G15D5G-SMA is available as a module measuring 3.12 x 3.12 x 0.43 inches and has SMA (female) connectors. This monopulse comparator complies with MIL-STD-202 standard and has an operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C.
