MMD-18100LCH Image

The MMD-18100LCH from Marki Microwave is a GaAs MMIC Millimeter Wave Frequency Doubler that converts input frequencies from 9 to 50 GHz to output frequencies from 18 to 100 GHz. It is fabricated using GaAs Schottky diode technology and is designed for millimeter-wave frequency synthesis and LO signal chain applications. This MMIC frequency doubler has a typical conversion loss of 12.5 dB and can handle an input power of up to 27 dBm. It provides 1F suppression of 24 dBc, 3F suppression of 33 dBc, and 4F suppression of 16 dBc relative to the desired 2F output power. This RoHS- and REACH-compliant is available in a CH package measuring 2.28 × 1.38 mm. It can operate over a temperature range from -55°C to +100°C and has an EAR99 export classification.
