The DB0402 from KYOCERA AVX are Thin-Film 90ยฐ Hybrid Couplers that operate from 3000 to 3400 MHz. These 3 dB couplers have an insertion loss of less than 0.8 dB and provide an isolation of more than 15 dB. They can handle an input power of up to 1 W and have a return loss of 15 dB. These couplers have an amplitude balance of 0.6 dB and a phase balance of 2ยฐ. They are based on thin-film multi-layer technology, which provides a miniature part with excellent high frequency performance and rugged construction for reliable automatic assembly.
