The MQH-0920 from Marki Microwave is a 90 degree Quadrature Hybrid Coupler that operates from 9 to 20 GHz. The hybrid coupler has an amplitude balance of 0.55 dB and phase balance of +/- 2 degrees. It has been developed using Passive GaAs MMIC technology and is available as a wire bondable chip. The coupler can be used in a wide range of applications including single sideband upconverters, image rejection downconverters, IQ modulators, balanced amplifiers, microwave correlators, and microwave Butler matrices.
