The MQS-0218 from Marki Microwave is a 90 degree hybrid coupler that operates from 2 to 18 GHz. This 3 dB coupler has an isolation of 17 dB, amplitude balance of +/- 2 dB and phase balance of +/- 3 degrees. It has been developed using Passive GaAs MMIC technology and is available as a wire bondable chip or connectorized module. The coupler can be used in a wide range of applications including single sideband upconverters, image rejection downconverters, IQ modulators, balanced amplifiers and microwave correlators.
