CMX35P03

The CMX35P03 from RN2 Technologies is a 90° Hybrid Coupler that operates from 3300 to 4200 MHz. It has been developed using LTCC multilayer technology. this coupler has an insertion loss of less than 0.35 dB, isolation of over 17 dB, and can handle 5 W of average power. It has an amplitude balance of up to ± 0.65 dB and a phase balance of 90 ± 5.0 degrees. This RoHS-compliant hybrid coupler is available in a surface-mount package that measures 2 x 1.25 mm and is an ideal solution for GSM, UMTS and LTE, RF amplifiers, and communications equipment.
