The XEC24A6-03G is a low profile, high performance 90 degree, 3 dB hybrid coupler that operates from 2.4 to 2.5 GHz. This surface mount coupler has been designed to be used for high power applications up to 600 watts and can be used for RF heating applications too. It has been subjected to rigorous qualification testing and is manufactured using materials with coefficients of thermal expansion (CTE) compatible with common substrates such as FR4, G-10, RF-35, RO4350 and polyimide.
