KD200

The KD200 from kTB Solutions is a Noise Diode that operates from 10 MHz to 18 GHz. It is designed for broadband RF and microwave applications. This noise diode can deliver symmetrical white Gaussian noise and exhibit flat output power characteristics across the entire frequency range. It has an excess noise ratio (ENR) of 30 dB. This broadband noise diode requires a DC supply from 6 to 12 V and consumes 10 mA of current. 

The KD200 is available in a hermetically sealed package that measures 0.013 x 0.013 inches. This noise diode is also available in special package configurations or screening processes, allowing for customizability (upon request) as per application requirements.
