The HL9464 from HYPERLABS is a Pick-off Tee that operates from DC to 40 GHz. It can be used as a trigger source with minimum perturbation of the thru signal path and in 224 Gbps PAM4 communication systems. This pick-off can handle an input power of up to 30 dBm (1 W), has a thru insertion loss of 3.5 dB, and a pick-off insertion loss of 10.5 dB. It has an amplitude matching of ±0.10 dB and phase matching of better than ±5°. This impedance-matched pick-off tee is available in a module that measures 1.10 x 0.90 x 0.54 inches and has 2.92 mm (male/female) connectors. It is ideal for digital oscilloscope applications, including prescaler triggering, synchronization, and clock/data recovery.
