ZS4RKU-183-S+

The ZS4RKU-183-S+ from Mini-Circuits is a 4-Way 0° Power Splitter/Combiner that operates from DC to 18 GHz. It is manufactured using GaAs IPD technology and provides repeatable performance and high ESD protection. This 50-ohm power splitter/combiner has an insertion loss of less than 8.5 dB and provides more than 11 dB of isolation. It can handle an input power of 3.1 W (as a splitter) and 0.6 W per port (as a combiner) with a return loss of 10 dB. This power splitter/combiner has a phase unbalance of ±19° and an amplitude unbalance of ±1.2 dB. 

The ZS4RKU-183-S+ is available as a connectorized module measuring 40.4 × 34.3 × 10.2 mm with SMA (female) connectors. This RoHS-compliant power is ideal for use in WiMAX, ISM, test and measurement, radar, WLAN, satellite communications, and LTE applications.
