The MFBP-00096PSM from Marki Microwave is a Passive MMIC Bandpass Filter with a passband from 5.9 to 8.4 GHz. It has a center frequency of 7 GHz with an insertion loss of 2.59 dB and provides a rejection of 30 dBc. This BPF provides a return loss of 20 dB and has a group delay of 422 ps. It is designed using GaAs MMIC technology which allows the production of smaller filter constructions that replace larger form factor constructions and its tight fabrication tolerances allow for less unit-to-unit variation than traditional filter technologies. This MMIC filter is available in a plastic QFN package that measures 5 x 5 mm.
