MWX009

The MWX009 from Junkosha is a Microwave/mmWave Cable Assembly that operates from DC to 190 GHz. It is designed for advanced probe-system measurements at very high frequencies and sub-THz communication research. This cable assembly uses Junkosha's custom expanded PTFE dielectric layer technology, providing low insertion loss and excellent return loss for high signal integrity at extremely high frequencies. It has an insertion loss of approximately 4.7 dB at 190 GHz for a 6-inch cable assembly. 

The MWX009 measures 6 inches in length and is available with 0.5 mm and 0.8 mm connectors, along with a proprietary safety-lock connector for improved connection stability. It is suitable for semiconductor device testing, probe-station evaluation of AI accelerator chips and other high-performance devices, and D-band research applications.
