The QT50 from Qualwave are Flexible Test Cable Assemblies that operate from DC to 50 GHz. These phase & loss stable assemblies have an attenuation of less than 359.2 dB/100 m with a velocity of propagation of 76% and a phase stability of ±7°. They provide a shielding effectiveness of more than 90 dB and can handle input power levels of up to 506 W (depending on frequency). These 50-ohm assemblies can withstand a DC voltage of 500 V, have a minimum bend radius of 18 mm, and are rated for up to 5,000 mating cycles.

The QT50 assemblies feature a silver-plated copper inner conductor, a low-density PTFE dielectric, and an FEP jacket. They are available in custom lengths with SMA, N-Type, 2.4 mm, 2.92 mm and 3.5 mm connector options. These flexible assemblies are ideal for laboratory testing, phased-array radar, satellite communication, and avionics applications.
