The FastEdge from Swift Bridge Technologies are Flexible Cable Assemblies that operate from DC to 70 GHz. They are optimized for high-frequency test applications and exhibit excellent durability and precision during repeated connections, ensuring high signal integrity. These assemblies provide over 90 dB of shielding effectiveness and an attenuation of 6.2 dB/ft. They have a capacitance of 27 pF/ft, a 78% velocity of propagation, 200 ppm phase stability over temperature, and time delay matching of less than 1 ps.

The FastEdge Assemblies have an outer diameter of up to 0.200 inches (5.08 mm) and a minimum bend radius of 1.0 mm (static) and 2.0 mm (dynamic). These flexible cable assemblies feature a solid SPC center conductor, a shield conductor made of SPC flat wire over an SPC braid, a low-density PTFE dielectric, a TPV-based flex relief, and a durable PVC outer jacket. The outer jacket provides high abrasion resistance, ensuring long-lasting performance and reliability in harsh conditions.
