The M5-1.0M1.0M-L from Talent Microwave is a Flexible Coaxial Cable Assembly that operates from DC to 110 GHz. It is available in customizable lengths with 1.0 mm (male) connectors on both sides. This flexible cable assembly has an outer diameter of 1.43 mm and a minimum bend radius of 6 mm. It provides a shielding effectiveness of more than 90 dB, has a phase stability (vs. flexure) of ±8° and an amplitude stability of ±0.08 dB. The cable assembly has an insertion loss of less than 13.14 dB (per meter) and a velocity of propagation of 80%.

The M5-1.0M1.0M-L 1.00 mm connectors have a Beryllium Copper (gold-plated) contact, passivated stainless steel body, and PTFE dielectric. The assembly can withstand up to 50,000 flex life cycles during operation and has an operating temperature range from -55°C to +125°C. It is ideal for test and measurement, manufacturing labs, and WAN system applications.
