The NRP50T(N) from Rohde & Schwarz is a Thermal Power Sensor that operates from DC to 50 GHz. It has a power measurement range from 300 nW to 100 mW (–35 dBm to +20 dBm) with an acquisition sample rate of 20.833 kHz and measurement noise less than 25 nW. It has uncertainty for relative power measurements at less than 0.010 dB. The power sensor supports gamma correction to remove the influence of impedance mismatches from the measurement result so that the power of the source (DUT) into a 50-ohm port can be read. It is available in a module with 2.40 mm (male) connectors and has LAN/USB interfaces.
