The SPECTRAN V6 PLUS Series from Aaronia are Real-Time Spectrum Analyzers (RTSAs) and Monitoring Receivers that operate from 10 MHz to 6 GHz. They are designed to capture even the shortest signal transmissions, making them suitable for applications such as Wi-Fi network measurements, EMC testing, and interference hunting. These RTSAs are based on the XC7A200T-2 FPGA and consist of a 2GB SDRAM, a DSP processor, a 120 MHz vector signal generator, a 16-bit ADC, and a 14-bit DAC. They primarily support 2 measurement modes – true I/Q and power/frequency data. These RTSAs can stream true I/Q data at up to 784 MB/s with a sampling rate of 500 MSPS (for I/Q). They can scan a 6 GHz bandwidth in less than 5 ms. These spectrum analyzers have a real-time bandwidth of 245 MHz and a resolution bandwidth from 62 mHz to 200 MHz with a DANL of -170 dBm/Hz.
The SPECTRAN V6 PLUS Series offer automatic classification of pulse signals from Wi-Fi, DECT, GSM, QAM, QPSK, Bluetooth etc. These spectrum analyzers can also concurrently receive signals across GPS, BeiDou, and Galileo constellations for GNSS measurements. They are provided with RTSA-Suite PRO software that offers several plotting features – multi 2D/3D spectrum analysis, 2D/3D I/Q streaming & decoding, multi-unit stitching, and multi-frequency monitoring. These RTSAs can be controlled and powered through a USB 3.2 interface and consume 15 W of power. They are available as benchtop enclosures that measure 210 x 115 x 30 mm and have SMA & SMB connectors.
