The MICRO Autoclave from Xerafy is an RFID Tag that operates from 902 to 928 MHz (US) and 865 to 868 MHz (EU). It is designed to withstand the rigors of sterile processing in healthcare and is compliant with EPC global Class 1 Gen 2 RF protocol. It has an Alien Higgs 9 RFID chip, an EPC memory of 96 bits, a TID memory of 48 bits, and a user memory of 688 bits. This linearly polarized RFID tag has a read range of up to 10 m (fixed) and up to 7 m (handheld). It is available in an IP69-rated industry-grade polymer, stainless steel, and silicone package that measures 55 x 36.20 x 7.5 mm and can be mounted using pop rivets or screws. It can withstand temperatures of up to 150 °C and shockproof to fall from a height of up to 1 m. This RFID tag is ideal for autoclave sterilization, surgical trays, medical devices, and healthcare equipment applications.
