The XRJ from Global Invacom Group is a Ka-band VSAT Transceiver that operates from 17.7 to 20.2 GHz (Rx) & 27.5 to 30 GHz (Tx). In Rx mode, it converts an RF input frequency of 17.7-20.2 GHz into an IF output frequency of 950-2150 MHz, and in Tx mode, it converts an IF input frequency of 1400-2400 MHz into an RF frequency of 27.5-30 GHz. This transceiver supports GEO/MEO/LEO constellations and is design-ready for newer and wider Ka band satellite frequencies. It is available in power options of 5, 10, 20 & 25 W and has an integrated RHCP/LHCP polarizer that allows manual polarity switching of TX & RX circular polarisation. This Ka-Band transceiver has integrated BUC, OMT, and TRF, ensuring consistent communication performance. It also integrates a PLL LNB with an external or internal (4ppm) oscillator reference frequency of 10 MHz.
The XRJ delivers a Tx output power of 37 to 44 dBm and has a Tx conversion gain of 68 to 75 dB. It has an IF output P1dB of more than +5 dBm and an Rx conversion gain of 56 dB. This transceiver requires a DC supply of 48 V and consumes 1.5-4.0 A of current. It is available in a ruggedised IP-67 sealed enclosure and is ideal for marine, mobility & global consumer enterprise deployment applications.
